Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make South Haven Eyecare Associates, PLLC the leading provider of vision care products and services in South Haven.

Dr. Alice M. BacakDr. Alice M. Bacak

Dr. Alice M. Bacak received her BS in Biology from The Ohio State University in 1984. In 1988, she received her O.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry.

Dr. Bacak is a member of the Contact Lens and Cornea Section of the American Optometric Association. She is an active member of the Michigan Optometric Association and the past president of the Southwestern Michigan Optometric Association. Dr. Bacak was also an officer of the South Haven Jaycees.

Dr. J. Alan MannikDr. J. Alan Mannik

Dr. J. Alan Mannik received his BS in Biology from the University of Toledo in 1985. In 1989, he received his O.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry.

Dr. Mannik is an active member of The American Optometric Association, Michigan Optometric Association, and is a past president of the Southwestern Michigan Optometric Association. He is past president of the South Haven Rotary Club and past president of the South Haven Jaycees.

On a personal note, Dr. Mannik is a member and instructor with the National Ski Patrol System. Drs. Bacak and Mannik are a husband and wife team and reside in South Haven.
